About Charles Gavoian

Charles attending the University of Southern California School of Opera and began his performing career. Leaving USC School of Opera he was a finalist at both the San Francisco and San Diego Opera competitions. Moving to New York City Charles, launched his stage career performing at Carnegie Hall. Returning to Los Angeles he was cast in “Romeo and Juliet” as “Romeo” at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Charles also at the Long Beach Grand Opera as well as many other performances throughout the United States.

Charles then Enrolled in The Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, California and also studied with Nina Foch and Bill Trailer & Peggy Feury Loft Studios. Charles debuted in  “Night of the Warriors”  which he co-starred with Lorenzo Lamas. He then was cast as the lead in the feature film “The Feast.”  This lead to co-starring roles in the CBS series, “Without a Trace” and FOX Television series, “House” and E! Entertainment’s, “Mysteries and Scandals.” Charles has appeared in several national television commercials as well as voiceovers.

For the last two  decades Charles has starred on national tour performing his award winning  one man show,  “The Mario Lanza Story.” Charles also produced and wrote  the show.  The musical has received national acclaim from many national publications such as L.A. Times “critics choice,” Backstage West, Variety Philadelphia Enquirer and others.

In September 2010  Gavoian launched Nader / Gavoian Productions to co-executive produce “Conversations With Chuck & Randy.” “Conversations With Chuck & Randy” is a radio show interviewing the most relevant music artists from around the world, co-hosted by Gavoian himself  The shows is currently on their site as well as Live365  and iTunes radio platforms. Nader / Gavoian Productions is syndicating their show globally as well. The show features interviews with: Katy Perry, Tony Bennett, Ricky Martin, Coldplay, Kid Rock, Bruno Mars, Carlos Santana and many more chart topping artists.
